Dancing Phoenix in Another World

Blue’s heart ached at her children’s questions, reminding her of the sweet times when they were a family of four.

“Of course not! Godfather loves Xin the most. As long as Xin is good, godfather will come back.” Despite feeling lost, she relied on her instinct to protect their dreams and happiness.

Long Junhao watched his beloved family reminisce about another man, overwhelmed with complex emotions. The intense feelings made him breathless.

He felt proud and grateful to Ling Feng for taking good care of his wife and children. Sometimes, he envied Ling Feng for being able to enjoy such warm family moments.

Now that Blue had returned to him, he intended for this warmth and happiness to belong to him. Bending down, he wrapped his arms around the children, gently rubbing his chin against their faces.

“Zhen, Xin, godfather is not here, but you have daddy and mommy! When godfather returns, we’ll ask him to live with us, okay?” Long Junhao comforted them in a rare gentle tone.

Xin happily hugged his head: “Really?”

“Really.” He nodded seriously.

“Great!”

Brother, we’ll have two daddies who love us now,” Xin and Zhen cheered.

Blue’s eyes turned red as she listened to Long Junhao. His broad-minded attitude, while considering their situation, was deeply touching. In the Tianlong Imperial Court, only men could have multiple wives, so for such a noble man to humble himself was significant.

She leaned in, wrapping her arms around his waist and resting her head on his shoulder. “Thank you.” The scene of their family together warmed the hearts of those around them.

“Finally, I can go home! Everything is settled!” Long Junhao buried his head against Blue’s shoulder, expressing relief. The past several days of effort had ensured the safety of her and their three children.

Over the past three years, Long Junhao had searched for Lan Lan and proven his determination to the Queen. From the day he left the royal palace, he never returned or attended court, causing the Queen to weep for what she deemed his unfilial behavior. Now that he had found Lan’er and gained two precious children, he could finally return home.

He let out a sigh of relief, imagining how happy the people in the royal palace would be to see them.
