Future Phone – Part One

“57,000.” Although he already knew it would be around this price, when the boss actually said it, Hao Yunyang’s heart still skipped a beat. Fortunately, he quickly recovered and smiled, nodding: “It’s the boss’s money anyway. Could you give me your number? I’ll ask the boss and call you back?”

“Okay.” The computer store owner nodded, took out a business card from his inner pocket, and handed it to Hao Yunyang with both hands: “I’m Long Chao.”

[Chapter Thirty-One: Competition Invitation]

Configuring a good computer was essential. Having the right tools would help him do better work. Hao Yunyang understood that to gain returns, one must first invest.

Leaving the digital city, Hao Yunyang calculated along the way. Based on winning three to four jobs a day, his average income was around 3,000. He currently had 21,000 in his account, which meant that under ideal circumstances, he would need twelve days to reach the 57,000 target, not counting other expenses.

If everything was considered, he would need at least fifteen days, as he couldn’t possibly have no money left.

Calculating as he rode a tricycle back to his place, he saw the dormitory manager sitting downstairs. Although they no longer had any interaction, Hao Yunyang still politely smiled and nodded in acknowledgment.

“Hao, wait a minute!” Before Hao Yunyang could take out his key to open the iron gate, Liu Ming’s shout came from behind. He stopped and turned around to see Liu Ming wearing a black windbreaker, still dragging his torn cotton slippers, with bulging eyes running towards him.

“What’s up?” Hao Yunyang had some suspicions but maintained a calm smile.

“Are you playing dumb?” Liu Ming ran up to Hao Yunyang, almost gnashing his teeth: “How could Sai Wai Fei Xiong have your QQ? And even sent you a message!”

“Heh.” Although Hao Yunyang didn’t know who this Sai Wai Fei Xiong was, his heart slightly stirred: “Did you use my computer?”

“Uh.” Liu Ming sobered from his excitement, feeling somewhat embarrassed. After all, sneaking into someone’s home and messing with their computer could be called curiosity, but seriously, it was a violation of privacy.
