“Is. It. Clear?” Shen Yixuan had no patience for her explanation.
He directly interrupted Luo Yaling.
“Clear,” Luo Yaling said sadly, lowering her head, not wanting Shen Yixuan to see her eyes. She felt tears were about to fall and didn’t want him to witness her pathetic state.
“Good,” Shen Yixuan said and disappeared without a trace.
When Luo Yaling finally looked up, she realized he was already gone. Gazing at the empty alley, she felt sad.
“Didn’t he even say goodbye?” she muttered.
From the moment Shen Yixuan didn’t believe her, Luo Yaling felt her heart had shattered. She questioned why she was so heartbroken over what she thought was just a misunderstanding.
Luo Yaling walked home dejectedly, unaware that another person was anxiously waiting for her.
Bin Zhengheng watched her rush to the bathroom, thinking she was in a hurry. When she hadn’t returned within a minute, another woman he disliked said goodbye to him. He was glad for her quick departure and just wanted Luo Yaling to hurry back.
Bin Zhengheng waited at the bar, but Luo Yaling’s figure never appeared. He drank cup after cup of alcohol, but still, she didn’t show up.
Eventually, he concluded that she had left again, abandoned him again. So why did she save him back then?
Bin Zhengheng stood up, paid the bill, and left the Youle Empire.
“Little Luo, this time I’ll find you. Do you think you can leave me again?” he thought to himself.
When Luo Yaling opened the door and saw him, she was startled.
“How could you be so heartless and leave me behind?” Bin Zhengheng looked at her sadly.
“Huh? When did I leave you behind?” she thought, feeling frustrated. She examined the handsome, drunk young man with seductive phoenix eyes and lamented how such a face was on a boy’s body. It would be nice if he became a bottom, she mused playfully, almost laughing at the amusing scenes in her mind.
“Why did you come home alone? Didn’t you promise to bring me with you? How could you leave me behind?” Bin Zhengheng said pitifully.
Luo Yaling, caught up in her daydream, was snapped back by his voice.
“Um… please don’t call me Little Luo. You should call me sister. Did I really promise you?” she asked, contemplating.
