Leng Youlan glanced towards the door and saw Lei Jing and Lei Yun standing in front of the people who had rushed into the conference room, watching her warily. She gave them a reassuring look, thinking it was time to subdue them! She would use Wo Teng to help herself!
Her casual glance suddenly sparked anger. She saw Lei Tianyi in the crowd, and even more infuriating was the girl standing closely next to him. She glared at him fiercely. Lei Tianyi felt her angry gaze but still moved forward. He had originally wanted to move to the other side but remembered that Gao Yue was standing there, and her clinginess was none less than Fang Ningduo’s. Fortunately, they were both currently absorbed by the scene and hadn’t noticed his movements.
Leng Youlan saw Lei Tianyi move forward, and her anger subsided somewhat. But then she thought about what if she hadn’t seen it? Wouldn’t girls be sticking to him every day? She was well aware of Lei Tianyi’s charm.
Although he wouldn’t be as gentle with others as he was with her, many girls now liked cold and handsome boys. With the kingly aura he exuded, who could resist? She felt a sourness in her stomach. “Am I lucky or unlucky?”
“Is that so? Let me see for myself!” Hearing the voice beside her, Leng Youlan realized she still had an enemy in front of her. She had been distracted, which for a demon who always kept her head in her hands, was fatal. She gave Lei Tianyi another resentful glare and coldly asked, “Is this the third question?”
“Win against me first, you cold and arrogant woman!” “Let’s begin!” Leng Youlan now wanted to vent her anger, and the man before her would serve as her punching bag! She gestured for him to start. Wo Teng was slightly stunned and asked with some confusion, “Won’t you change clothes?”
Leng Youlan glanced at Lei Tianyi and the woman beside him and coldly snorted, “You’re not worthy!” Wo Teng was truly angry. This woman was not taking him, the master of Tianshui Gate, seriously at all. After years in the underworld, everyone had always feared him. Without much thought, he kicked directly at Leng Youlan.
Lei Jing and Lei Yun, seeing their mistress about to be kicked, disregarded her previous hints and were about to rush forward. After all, something happening to their mistress would not be acceptable.
She would occasionally tease them, but they knew she didn’t want things to be too formal between them.
But as soon as they moved, someone hit their feet with a coin. They were shocked, wondering if there was an accomplice. They quickly turned back to look for the hidden weapon thrower, only to see their master calmly watching them. They understood their master didn’t want them to interfere. Although puzzled by their master’s actions, they could only watch the scene with worry, hoping she wouldn’t lose too badly.
Leng Youlan waited until the opponent’s attack was less than an inch from her before dodging to the side, simultaneously extending her right leg to kick Wo Teng’s side. Wo Teng never expected Leng Youlan to react so quickly, not only dodging his attack but also counterattacking. Unable to dodge, he was kicked.
Wo Teng looked at the woman opposite him, no longer daring to be careless. All martial arts have weaknesses, but speed is unbreakable. He secretly used all his strength. “Take this!” His moves were fierce, each capable of breaking a thousand-pound stone. Those around couldn’t help but break into a cold sweat for Leng Youlan. She also knew the opponent’s moves were extremely powerful and didn’t dare to block directly, instead using her agile body to avoid them. She regretted being impulsive, thinking that if not for this damned dress, she might have won already!
Now, although she could occasionally launch sneak attacks, her force was too small to do any real damage.
“I surrender,” Wo Teng stopped attacking and stood still, his clothes soaked with sweat. In contrast, the woman opposite him was only slightly flushed.
“You lost, and you’ll pay the price,” Leng Youlan looked at the man soaked to the bone, saw him slightly nod, and continued, “There’s a grove in the academy. I want you to build a fountain at its center. Here are the blueprints.” She tossed the papers next to her chair to him.
“Understood,” Woten took the blueprints and walked out. “Remember to personally supervise the measurements,” Leng Youlan called to Woten, who was almost at the door.
Leng Youlan glanced at the plants near the door, probably numbering over a thousand now, and seemed satisfied. She said to the shocked people, “Everyone can go back now! Today’s activity is over.” As soon as the words fell, a large group rushed out.
Helplessly walking towards the still-shocked Lei Jing and Lei Yun, she glanced at Lei Tianyi walking out leisurely. Catching sight of several girls who had turned pale with fright still following behind, she gave Lei Tianyi a meaningful look. Lei Tianyi naturally understood his girl’s meaning: “We’ll settle this at home.”
The large conference room fell silent within minutes. Three beautiful women were surrounded by a faint floral scent.
Leng Youlan looked at the two women still in shock, her calm voice breaking the silence in the spacious room, “Xiao Jing, Xiao Yun, shall we talk?”
“Yes,” “Yes, madam, please speak!” Having undergone the strictest training, Lei Jing and Lei Yun quickly regained their composure. They sat quietly, waiting for the conversation, having sensed the coldness emanating from Leng Youlan.
Leng Youlan pointed to the conference table on the right, “Let’s sit and talk.” Lei Jing and Lei Yun sat down opposite her, knowing this would not be a casual conversation, but a serious dialogue.
Leng Youlan glanced at the people across from her, then surveyed the plants by the door. “You worked hard today.” “We will complete the madam’s tasks at all costs,” Lei Jing spoke before Lei Yun could. Lei Yun sensed the heavy atmosphere, but Lei Jing knew her simpler-minded sister couldn’t handle this well.
“Didn’t I say not to call me madam at school?” Leng Youlan’s voice was calm yet carried an irresistible authority. “Yes, we will remember,” they responded, with Leng Youlan knowing Lei Jing was the true decision-maker between them.
Ding~” The familiar bell sound ended the day of campus life, and the corridors of Saint Lido Academy were filled with the figures of students.
Three graceful figures walked at the back of the crowd, always maintaining a distance from those in front.
“Yolan, are we really going?” Lei Yun asked nervously, her voice revealing excitement. “Of course!” Cold Yolan felt powerless about a question she had answered many times. “Xiao Yun, stop asking,” Lei Jing also said helplessly.
“But I’ve never gone shopping before!” Lei Yun pouted like a child. Cold Yolan and Lei Jing exchanged a smile and said together, “Neither have we!” They were equally excited.
The three of them chatted and laughed as they left the school gate, took a taxi, and headed to Tianli Min.
They didn’t drive themselves, as that would be inconvenient for shopping; they just wanted to be like ordinary girls. During lunch, Cold Yolan told Lei Tianyi that they would go shopping after school, and someone would drive the car back.
Lei Tianyi knew that his girl had successfully won over Lei Jing and Lei Yun, and he was happy for her, agreeing readily and automatically offering his gold card. Cold Yolan knew the reason for Lei Tianyi’s enthusiasm – he hoped she would be lenient about the morning incident with the beautiful woman. Cold Yolan had no intention of pursuing it because she would do something tonight that would make Lei Tianyi jump.
