Loving Care for the Yandere – Part One

Li Mu was her son, who had gone to join the military years ago and hadn’t returned for over a decade. Her daughter-in-law had run away, leaving only her and a few grandchildren at home. They had been unable to find any news of her son, and now two strangers suddenly appeared, even knowing her son’s name.

“I know him,” Jiang Dongling nodded, glancing into the house, “Does he have two sons?”

“Yes, yes, yes,” the villager was so excited tears came to her eyes, “He has two sons, both grown up. Who are you?”

“I’m his superior,” Jiang Dongling slightly curved his lips, showing goodwill, “He asked me to take care of his children.”

Cheng Jing: “…”

She quickly grabbed his hand and tried to pull him away. Randomly coming to say they know someone’s son, and now wanting to take away someone’s grandchildren – he wasn’t here to do a good deed; he was clearly a child trafficker!

As expected, shortly after Jiang Dongling spoke, the surrounding people’s eyes turned hostile. They picked up hoes and brooms and started chasing them.

A village typically shares the same surname and lives closely together. They had been intimidated by Jiang Dongling’s military uniform and imposing appearance earlier, but now they were enraged. Someone in their village had recently been scammed of their child, and the scammer had used a similar approach, so they immediately became furious and attacked en masse. Some women who couldn’t keep up picked up stones from the ground to throw.

Jiang Dongling was trying to do a good deed, finding a school for those two children. When did he become a child trafficker? Jiang Dongling was furious, but these people thought he was a scammer, which made him even angrier. With no other choice and fearing for Cheng Jing’s safety, he could only suppress his anger, protectively hold Guo’er, and run back to where the car was parked.

Just as he was about to close the car door, a small stone dropped through the car’s seam and hit his forehead hard. Jiang Dongling coldly glared at the approaching crowd and quickly stepped on the gas. As the car started, a brave villager ran over and dug a hole in the car’s rear with a hoe.
