Loving Care for the Yandere – Part Two

The kitchen door opened and closed. Chu Zheng walked into the living room laughing, sat next to Chen Jing, leaned in to kiss her cheek, blinked, and said gently: “Senior, shall I feed you fruit?”

Chen Jing looked towards the kitchen, puzzled: “Is Auntie really not inside?”

The sound of breaking a bowl just now was loud enough to show how angry the person breaking it was, and she was sitting in the living room and hadn’t seen anyone leave.

Chen Jing somewhat doubted what Chu Zheng had done to his mother. This guy had skewed moral values and a serious lack of moral sense; she couldn’t trust him.

Chu Zheng looked hurt, complaining: “Senior, are you going to doubt me about such a small thing? She’s my mother. If she were inside, how could I lie to you?”

Chen Jing stared at him for a while, then relaxed.

Indeed, in the outline, Chu Zheng had only acted against her boyfriend and those who pursued or teased her. Aunt Chu was his mother. No matter how cold-blooded, he couldn’t possibly lay a hand on her.

“Okay, I understand. Don’t worry.”

Fact proved that Chen Jing had relaxed far too early.

Chen Jing stood on the balcony, looking at Chu Zheng sitting on the sofa watching TV, occasionally turning back to smile at her. Her mood was complex, but her expression was gentle: “Really, if you’re still worried, I’ll go back tomorrow, and we’ll go to the hospital together, okay?”

After assuring that she would not act recklessly and would keep herself pure, she coaxed Tang’s parents for half an hour before they finally felt reassured and hung up the phone.

Chen Jing looked at the ended call on the screen, then glanced at Chu Zheng in the living room, sighed, and turned to face the floor-to-ceiling window, silently looking at the outside scenery.

In the living room, Chu Zheng grew impatient. As soon as he saw her put her phone in her pocket, he stood up and strode over.

The balcony glass door was pushed open, and Chu Zheng approached her, his tall body enveloping her, hands tightly embracing her waist, and his head nuzzled against her neck. With a tone of grievance, he probed: “You were talking for so long. Is there something important?”

Chen Jing remained silent.
