The CEO’s Dancing Wife – Part Two

Zhang Rong nodded slowly, emphasizing each word, “Fang’er suffered so much at Liu Shiquan’s hands. If they dare to use and impersonate her child for their schemes, I will definitely not spare them.”

Fang Junjie then thought of something else, “What about Song Li? Do you really plan to force him to give Liu Yi an explanation?”

Zhang Rong smiled, “Of course. Until the truth comes out, Liu Yi is still my good daughter, and I won’t allow anyone to mistreat her.”

Fang Junjie couldn’t help but laugh, “Tenth Brother, are you warning me? Fine, I won’t touch them. I bet there’s definitely some trickery involved. I’ll leave your methods to you.”

Zhang Rong gave Fang Junjie a meaningful look, “Moreover, I’m pairing Song Li with Liu Yi for your benefit. You’re extremely clever, but the smarter someone is, the more likely they are to make foolish mistakes, especially when it comes to matters of the heart for the first time. Let me tell you frankly, I see that girl hasn’t forgotten Song Li. You better keep an eye on her!”

Fang Junjie, twirling his car keys nonchalantly, replied, “I know, but if Xiaotang could easily forget Song Li, that would be a problem. I like her loyalty and passion; it balances out my usual coldness.”

Zhang Rong sighed, shaking his head, “You’re beyond saving. This girl might just be heaven-sent to challenge you.”

Fang Junjie chuckled, “Tenth Brother, I’ve noticed you’re good at everything except you’re too biased. I’m now considering if you might switch sides if you find out Xiaotang is the true chosen one, forbidding her from associating with me.”

Zhang Rong burst into laughter, “How could that be? If I had a daughter, I would definitely marry her to someone like you. Where else would I find such an outstanding young man?”

Fang Junjie frowned, “The term ‘outstanding young man’ sounds like an insult.”

Zhang Rong retorted, “I think when you say ‘biased,’ you’re actually complimenting me. Then I’ll be biased this once and solve the issue with Song Li for you, pushing him towards Liu Yi!”

Fang Junjie couldn’t suppress his smile, inwardly sympathizing with Song Li. But it served him right; he had always found him irritating from the start.
