When Ye Ye, Du Miao Miao, and Qiu Yu received their badges and faced the student representatives below, there was a commotion and gasps from the audience: “So beautiful—” The male students even started to whisper in admiration. Du Miao Miao leaned in and whispered to Ye Ye, “See, our charm is international!” The three of them exchanged a smile and stepped off the stage.
After the assembly, the twenty exchange students were taken by their respective department teachers and student representatives to the classes they would be attending for the next four months. Thus, Ye Ye, Du Miao Miao, and Qiu Yu had to follow their teachers and class leaders to different classes. Ye Ye followed the class teacher and class president of Language Department’s Class B to her new class. As soon as she entered, there was a burst of enthusiastic applause and whistles; the excited ones were the male students, while the female students were clearly jealous…
Ye Ye stood on the podium, nonchalant, with a beautiful smile, and introduced herself in fluent Italian, “Hello, I’m Ye Ye, and I will be spending the next four months here with all of you. So, whether you like me or not, please, for the sake of these four months, let me off the hook! Thank you!” She then playfully bowed. Her natural and charming demeanor immediately won over the entire room, including the genuine welcome from the female students…
