The Duke’s Affair -Part One

When a shiny black Lamborghini, having taken the final bend in the most perfect arc, appeared before everyone, Ye Ye smiled—watching it cross the finish line… Her beautiful smile stunned everyone’s hearts. The men gasped, and the women angrily covered their partners’ faces… For the first time, everyone forgot to applaud the champion, only staring blankly at the girl standing in the night, her smile like a flower… Long Yu parked his car beside Ye Ye, opened the door, quickly pulled off his safety helmet and tossed it backwards. A nimble underling caught it. With large strides, Long Yu approached Ye Ye, who was smiling, and opened his arms to pull her into his embrace. Still catching his breath, he lowered his head to kiss Ye Ye’s soft lips, sucking and intertwining his tongue passionately with hers… Ye Ye raised her arms, hooking them around Long Yu’s neck, clumsily responding — not for any other reason, but because her confused heart was now stirred for this man… Her jacket fell to the ground… The surroundings were filled with noise, whistles, and applause rising and falling… After a moment, Long Yu lifted his head with satisfaction, picked up the jacket from the ground, and draped it over Ye Ye’s shoulders again, hugging her tightly, with a roguish smile: “How was that, not disappointed, right?” His words carried a double meaning; Ye Ye wasn’t sure if he was referring to the race or the kiss. “Young Master Long, congratulations, you’ve won again, making it your 28th consecutive first place!” A young man with a blonde beauty on his arm came over to greet him. “Hehe, it’s nothing.” Long Yu laughed, tightly hugging Mo Fei. “Young Master Long, your wife is really beautiful, why haven’t we seen her before?” Another man approached to chat. “She just came to Italy!” Long Yu patted Ye Ye’s shoulder. Ye Ye felt a bit embarrassed by the term ‘wife’ and glanced at Long Yu’s proud face. “Just arrived and already taken by Young Master Long? What a pity for us single guys!” A handsome man also joined in. Ye Ye couldn’t handle the teasing from the crowd; she pinched Long Yu’s waist to signal him to change the topic. Long Yu looked at the uncomfortable Ye Ye and chuckled lightly: “Let’s go, let’s go inside for some drinks, my treat!” And so, everyone entered the car club next door.
