The First Demon Empress

I looked up, surprised – how did he know? Moments later, I lowered my head. This time, I truly lost. Despite holding all the advantages and taking the initiative, I had been thoroughly defeated.

“Fine, I’ll take you back! But I have one condition!” I said calmly, accepting the inevitable.

“Whatever the master commands, I will definitely accomplish!”

“I want you to disguise yourself as a woman and stay by my side!”

I looked at him triumphantly, my face full of provocation. I didn’t believe he would agree.

“Okay!” He didn’t hesitate at all. I watched his face carefully.

“Let’s go! I told you, I have no money!”

“Let’s go, Master!” His face remained bright with a brilliant smile.

My greatest regret was that I couldn’t hear this otherworldly beauty’s voice.

I wondered if his voice would match his appearance, but I knew this was just a fantasy.

This man, wearing a stunning smile, turned and smiled charmingly at those around him. His red lips parted, and he looked up sweetly: “Qiu has found her master today. Qiu is very grateful for everyone’s kindness. Qiu will cover today’s expenses.” He smiled gently, truly captivating everyone.

I began to calculate – might he be my meal ticket during times when I’m broke?

“Miss, we should go home…” Wu’er said worriedly, her face wrinkling like a dried plum, her small face looking on the verge of tears.

“We’re going home!” I declared with a wave of my hand.

“Now, let’s establish some rules. Stay inside and don’t go out wandering. When you’re bored, don’t hover around me. Most importantly, remember that you’re here as a woman, not a man!” I announced my rules triumphantly.

When we returned to the Ran household, the sky was covered in a thick, gloomy layer. The silver moonlight seemed even more oppressive in the dark night.

For some reason, my heart felt like it was being crushed by a suffocating stone.

“Wu’er, let’s hurry home!” I said with a suppressed tone, lacking my usual humor. The oppressive feeling grew stronger, and I had a premonition that something was about to happen.

“Miss, what’s wrong?” Wu’er sensed the gravity of the situation.
