The Mysterious Bride of the Wind God

Wen Shan and Bing Shi Qing pushed the door open and entered. The guard at the door was very diligent, checking their half-day passes before letting them in. Wen Shan initially didn’t want to come, having seen the news of Yaye’s interview, he couldn’t understand the other’s unusual behavior. However, he couldn’t resist Bing Shi Qing’s persistent requests and came reluctantly.

“You have no right to belittle his love. We’re all humans, and as humans, we have no right to judge the right or wrong of emotions. Who set the standards for judgment? And based on what? Are these standards necessarily correct?” Bing Shi Qing passionately questioned the eagle minister, while Wen Shan was shocked to hear such fervent words from him. “Perhaps only God can make such judgments.”

“God has already shown his anger.” Fengfeng looked at the sleeping Yaye, certainly a punishment from God.

“Even if you’re abandoned by the world, punished, you are still determined to stay by his side?” Bing Shi Qing’s voice carried a hint of sarcasm. A love that’s hopeless, much like the feelings he harbored for someone else. God would never forgive a love that transcends societal norms!

“If I had to choose between Yaye and the world,” her gentle gaze rested on Yaye’s face, “I would choose him. I want to respond to his love, if he can return from the dark world.”

Wen Shan and Bing Shi Qing left the hospital together. To avoid prying eyes, they usually disguised themselves to evade fans.

“I can’t understand, a love willing to destroy everything. It seems too exaggerated.”

“Are you talking about Yaye?”
“How can you praise him? I don’t understand how you could say such a thing; it’s so unlike you.”

“Because in my heart, there is someone I like.” He fell silent for a few seconds. “I like him a lot.”

The evening glow bathed them in its light. Wen Shan gazed at his pale and sorrowful face, her heart surging with an inexplicable excitement.

If only you could like me, I would ask for nothing else!

Night deepened and people quieted. Outside the hospital, fans lit countless candles.

“Ya Ye, wake up!”

“Sing for us again!”

“Come back to us!”
