Girl, Can You Escape?

Shen Yixuan was startled by her tears. “I order you not to cry,” he said, but his tone came out more commanding than intended.

This only caused Luo Yaling’s tears to flow more freely. “How can you be so harsh to me! Why am I so unlucky? Men are all bad… you too, always bullying me…”

Shen Yixuan felt awkward. He was a man too, and he had never bullied her. Watching her cry made his heart ache.

Shen Yixuan gave a bitter smile, extending his stiff hand to pat Luo Yaling’s back. “Don’t cry, I just told you not to cry.” Not good at comforting others, his words were somewhat rigid.

A sense of reluctance welled up in his heart as he noticed the girl on the verge of tears. His voice softened: “Fortunately, you discovered that man’s true nature in time. Otherwise, you might have continued to date him, wouldn’t that be even more unfortunate?”

Shen Yixuan’s voice seemed to have a magical power that made Luo Yaling stop crying. As her emotions stabilized, Shen Yixuan felt relieved.

“Alright, have a good rest. I should go now,” he said, standing up to leave.

“No, not good at all,” Luo Yaling jumped onto Shen Yixuan, hugging his neck. She didn’t want him to leave, perhaps due to a sense of security he provided.

“Girl, you want me to stay? Alone together, aren’t you afraid something might happen?” Shen Yixuan gave a bitter smile, realizing she had no sense of danger.

“Who cares! Last time nothing happened. If something were to happen, it’s no big deal. We’re both adults. Besides, I’m almost an old lady now. Oh, right! Why didn’t you take me to your home, but brought me here instead?”

“You want to go to my home?”

He had originally wanted to take her home, but considering the supervising person at home, he decided to bring her here instead to avoid complications.

“No,” Luo Yaling’s face flushed as she buried her face in Shen Yixuan’s neck.

“Alright, the girl is drunk. Stay put,” Shen Yixuan said, trying to remove her hands from his neck, but she held on tighter. He turned her around and held her in his arms.

“I’m not!” she clung tightly to him. The alcohol had brought out her playful side, especially since she was with Shen Yixuan.

Shen Yixuan looked down at her. What was she doing? Was she having a drunk tantrum?

“So, you are now my husband. Don’t dare take it off, do you hear me? But… ah! My first kiss is gone, stolen by that big scoundrel. Woo… woo…” she said, pointing at him. Then she began to cry as she remembered what had happened.

How did he become her husband? She was certain that her first kiss had been taken by that bastard. If we consider first kisses, she had lost hers three years ago and had even delivered it herself, though he wouldn’t tell her he had met her then.

If she knew, she might run away even faster. Shen Yixuan revealed a slight smile, one he didn’t even notice himself.

“Alright, stop crying. Do you really believe your first kiss was stolen by that guy?” Shen Yixuan tenderly wiped away the tears from Luo Yaling’s face.

A single sentence made Luo Yaling stare at him in shock.

“Fine, just believe me. I won’t leave,” Shen Yixuan said, carrying her to the bed. He couldn’t leave; she was hugging him too tightly. He could only hold her and sleep together.

Luo Yaling stopped asking questions, seeming to feel safe in his arms. However, her embrace was so tight that Shen Yixuan could barely breathe.

“Girl, I’m not leaving. Don’t hold me so tight; I can barely breathe,” he said. Was she really that afraid he would leave?

Luo Yaling loosened her grip but kept her hands around his neck, rubbing her face against his like a cat.

Huh? What was she up to now? He had stayed, but she wouldn’t let him rest peacefully.

Shen Yixuan looked helplessly at the person rubbing against his face.

Suddenly, he noticed something was wrong; Luo Yaling’s face was getting hotter, her movements bolder. Damn it, she had been drugged.

Shen Yixuan tried to pull her off, but she clung to him completely. He feared hurting her, wanting to splash cold water on her, but her actions were beyond her control.

“Girl, wake up,” he said, patting her face.

“Mmm… don’t move… it’s so cool… so comfortable,” she moaned, continuing to rub against him.

Was she testing his patience? Shen Yixuan’s cold eyes slowly filled with desire as his expression softened.

This was her own doing, and he couldn’t be blamed.

The next morning, Luo Yaling slowly opened her eyes, feeling severely dry-mouthed with a pounding headache. The power of the alcohol was strong; she had truly experienced it.

Lying weakly in an unfamiliar room, fragments of last night’s events vaguely floated in her mind.

“Oh my…” Luo Yaling blushed and whispered. Looking at the sleeping Shen Yixuan, she thought he looked cute. What had she said to him last night?

No, she needed to escape first. Luo Yaling got out of bed, enduring her discomfort.

Ah! What about clothes? Frustrated, she looked around.

Suddenly, she settled on a solution and smiled. Borrowing his clothes wouldn’t be too much, right? She picked up Shen Yixuan’s shirt and coat, putting them on.

Wow! It felt like a dress! But what about the bottom? She glanced around and finally settled on a corner of the bed.

Hehe! Borrowing your underwear wouldn’t be too much, right? With a mischievous smile, she proceeded to dress.

All set! Where’s my bag? Oh! Here it is. I’ll leave before he wakes up. Wait! A note for him. She wrote a note, placed it on the table with her ‘gift,’ and then left.

“Hmm? Am I acting like a thief? Hehe!” Luo Yaling muttered outside the door.

“Never mind! It’s early morning, probably no one around. I’ll go home first. Besides, wearing something is better than nothing. Will he be angry when he wakes up? Hehe!” She sneaked out of the hotel and took a taxi home.

Later, Shen Yixuan slowly woke up from bed.

Just as he was about to reach out and touch the person beside him, he found the bed empty. He opened his eyes and realized she was gone.

Shen Yixuan glanced at the table and saw a note and two coins. He picked up the note and read it, almost spitting blood from anger.

“Thanks for last night’s hospitality! The coins on the table are your compensation. I’ll borrow your clothes for now. Bye!”

“Damn it! Did she treat him like a gigolo? Two coins? Was he worth just that? She just wanted to brush him off after using him completely? Wait, what did she mean by borrowing his clothes?

Shen Yixuan looked down and saw that only his pants remained. He got up to look for his underwear but couldn’t find it.

She wouldn’t have borrowed his underwear too, would she? What would he wear back? Ah! He had saved her, and this was how she repaid him? Shen Yixuan could only put on his pants, which felt very uncomfortable.

All his belongings were in his outer clothing—car keys and money. How would she let him go out? Wait, his phone seemed to be in his trouser pocket.

Fortunately, it was still there. Shen Yixuan thought as he pulled out his phone. He dialed a number, thinking he could call someone to bring him clothes; he certainly couldn’t go out bare-chested.

“Bring me a set of clothes, and remember…”

“Underwear,” Shen Yixuan said through gritted teeth from the crack of the door, emphasizing the word. His face was turning blue.

“Hey! You don’t mean your family is so poor they don’t even have underwear?” Xu Chu’s confused voice came from the other end of the phone.

“Stop talking nonsense. The address is…” Shen Yixuan finished the address and hung up.

Shen Yixuan looked at the blood stains on the bed, causing him to pause. A gentle expression appeared on his face, one he didn’t even realize was there.

Xu Chu, full of anger after the call, quickly prepared what was needed and rushed to the address Yixuan mentioned. He was surprised and speechless; what was Yixuan doing in a hotel?
