No-Hunting Zone 7

“Now we have two sons,” Li Erben began hesitantly, “I think one should go out to see the world, something like studying abroad on Earth.” Mao Anan asked, “Where do you wish to send him?” “Zherasny,” Li Erben said, “Their medical technology is the best in the universe. I think if both princes could combine the strongest military and biological technologies, it would solidify Austin’s political position.” Mao Anan nodded, “I understand. You want to sell my son to Casa, don’t you?” “No…” Li Erben struggled to explain, “That’s not what I meant.” Mao Anan looked up at Li Erben, questioning, “Then what do you mean? Have you already planned their lives out? Born to serve the empire, where the empire’s interests are paramount, and their wishes are irrelevant?” “Theoretically, yes, but…” Mao Anan said word by word, “But don’t forget, your first son was killed by Casa.” “Let me explain…” Li Erben hurriedly tried to stop Mao Anan from storming back to her room but was fiercely pushed away. He quickly stepped in front of her, “If you disagree, I’ll do my best to negotiate with Casa…” Thud! The prince was hit by a thrown rabbit. The door slammed shut, carrying the owner’s anger. Li Erben pulled the rabbit off his face, hanging his head in defeat. Suddenly, the door opened again, and Mao Anan rushed out to snatch the rabbit back from Li Erben, slamming the door shut once more.
Those who do not understand emotions will ultimately walk a very long path. When his proposal was rejected, and his words went unanswered, the Prince had never experienced such a cold war, leaving him at a loss on how to reconcile. He was so worried he couldn’t eat or sleep, and he grew gaunt. Aide Ivan rushed in to report, “Your Highness, Her Highness is taking the little prince to the restricted hunting area.” Lierben was shocked, “What’s going on?!” Ivan explained, “Her Highness said, one little prince is a gift to Austin, but the other belongs to her, and she wants to take him away.” Lierben stood up to chase after her, “No aircraft is to leave Austin without my command!” “But, Your Highness,” Ivan followed closely behind, “Her Highness is an expert pilot; if she insists on boarding, I doubt anyone would dare to stop her…”
