No-Hunting Zone 7

Lierben twitched at the corner of his mouth, “I’m not trying to persuade you, I pace because… I want to hug you.” Mao An’an was stunned, “Isn’t it for breeding?” “No,” Lierben raised his right hand, “I swear, I will never make you do anything you don’t like again. Uh, can I hug you?” “Oh, sure.” Lierben rushed forward, enveloping her in his arms, his hair trembling slightly in the air, his fingers gently caressing her with restrained emotion, “You’ve lost some weight recently, I’ll monitor your meals from now on.” “Mm.” Mao An’an buried her face in Lierben’s shoulder, rubbing gently.

For a man like him, expecting him to say sweet nothings was unrealistic. It was already good enough that he didn’t bark orders at her. Yet, some things didn’t need to be said; his affection was evident in his eyes. He would silently cater to her whims, indulge her tantrums. He never gently patted her head, but would gaze at her with eyes full of adoration. He always put the empire first, never thinking of himself, yet he did many things for her that he wouldn’t have considered before. Perhaps, such love was deeper, less flamboyant, but more enduring, providing comfort.

Mao An’an rubbed against Lierben’s chest again, “I’ve noticed you never call me by name. Have you forgotten my name?” “Mao An’an,” Lierben answered clearly, “From now on, can I wake you up every morning?” “Mm… If you wake me up every morning wearing just a bow tie and no clothes, I think I’d be in a good mood all day.” Mao An’an started to tease the Grand Duke, tilting her head and blinking cutely. Lierben blushed slightly, his voice calm, “If you like, I’d be happy to serve you.” “Hey, you wouldn’t really…” Before she could finish, the usually slow Grand Duke finally learned when to silence the noisy Earthling, and after numerous failed attempts, he had mastered the art of kissing her into a daze and leading her to bed.
