Owen Hansberg was the first Prime Minister of the Galactic Empire and the first to serve two consecutive terms. Reinhardt I opened part of the Rose Palace as a museum for citizens. In the morning room of the Little Buckingham Palace, a portrait titled “A Completely New Era,” featuring the young Queen Wilhelmina alongside her newly married husband and the newly appointed Prime Minister, attracts many tourists.
