Yandere Begs for a Break – Part One

He wanted to personally send Yue Linze inside.

As soon as he spoke, District Five became fired up, and District Six looked at Yue Linze, clearly wanting to accept the challenge.

Tao Yu nodded satisfactorily, also looking at Yue Linze.

Under everyone’s gaze, Yue Linze maintained his casual demeanor, meeting Tao Yu’s eyes before slowly speaking, “What if I don’t agree?”

This challenge was harsh but fair. Although both districts might initially resent her, the focus would eventually turn on each other, allowing her to escape unscathed. This method was more effective than his plan from yesterday.

But if he didn’t agree, the challenge would be invalid. What else could she do?

“Boss!” the fat man was anxious, seeing this as a great opportunity to defeat Li Xun. Before he could say more, Yue Linze casually waved a hand, forcing the fat man to swallow his words and feel wronged, wondering why the boss had previously found it interesting.

Hearing Yue Linze’s refusal, Tao Yu gave a provocative smile, “Too late. You said before that if Li Xun agrees, you would agree.” This was a lesson he taught her about using punishment to achieve goals.

She didn’t finish her sentence, but her eyes clearly expressed her meaning. Yue Linze, under her gaze, suddenly felt his blood boiling, an uncontrollable desire to conquer gripping his heart, screaming to grab her.

“Fine, I agree,” Yue Linze said slowly, his expression calm and lazy, perfectly hiding all his emotions.

Tao Yu frowned, suddenly feeling a slight chill for no apparent reason.

Bet your life on whether I’ll be fired or imprisoned?” Tao Yu let out a scornful laugh, her eyes full of disdain. If Yue Linze wanted to leave here, he could simply submit evidence proving he wasn’t the murderer. If he wanted to die, this prison had plenty of tools for suicide, so he had no need to escape.

Unless he was insane.

Yue Linze raised an eyebrow. “Don’t you believe me?”

“Why should I believe you?” Tao Yu scoffed, finding a clean rock to sit on facing the sea. “You have time to chat with me, but you’d be better off going back to discuss the program details with your subordinates. Be careful about the rankings…”
