Slightly raising himself, he glanced at her lower abdomen, “Know your place!” Before Ru Feng could respond, Situ Qi Feng kicked her off the bed. She fell with a “thud,” her buttocks hurting. Ru Feng covered her head, seeing stars.
“What’s going on?” The door creaked open, and her big brother leaned against it, half-smiling, “Qi Feng, how can you be so ungentle with a lady?”
Situ Qi Feng snorted, sitting up and pulling clothes over himself. He got off the bed and walked to the still-dazed Ru Feng, stepping on her neck. “You’re not worthy of the name Ru Feng.”
Suddenly, the pressure lifted. Situ Qi Feng didn’t look at her again, “How disgusting.” He strode out, passing his big brother and saying, “Burn everything on the bed.”
The big brother’s smile didn’t fade. After Qi Feng disappeared around the corner, he slowly walked over, looking at the incapacitated woman with a hint of contempt. He squatted down, pinching a spot of pink on her chest. “This kind of trash isn’t much.”
Ru Feng pushed him away, trying to sit up but pressed down by her aching body. She felt overwhelmed and curled up in embarrassment, turning away.
The big brother didn’t understand her struggle. Standing up, he flicked his fingers, “Qiu Ru Feng, next time you pretend to be my sister’s friend, please fix your brain first.” His face smiled like spring, but his words were bone-chilling, “Climbing into a man’s bed in the middle of the night? Tsk, and it’s my second brother. You’re looking to die quickly! Take your things and get out in ten minutes!”
When the door closed, Ru Feng crawled towards the bedside table. She had just heard him call her Qiu Ru Feng. A series of strange events had made her dizzy. Wasn’t she supposed to have died from a heart attack? How was she alive, and how did all these weird things happen?
Then she saw a woman’s face in the mirror. “Ah!” Ru Feng covered her face, backing away and shaking her head violently. This wasn’t her face! Her hand trembled, eyes wide with terror. She recognized it; it belonged to the nurse who had taken care of her, who shared the same name and used to chat with her.
