Yandere Begs for a Break – Part Three

As he was about to leave, Zhou Ying hurried to stop him: “Don’t go. If this plan doesn’t work, we’ll try something else. Learn some sweet talk, play the piano occasionally to be romantic, occasionally go missing to create a sense of crisis. I guarantee she’ll be captured by you instantly.”

Yue Linze glanced at him, about to speak, when his phone rang. He immediately picked it up, frowned after seeing the message, and dialed another number: “Cancel the 3 PM meeting.”

Zhou Ying was surprised: “What could make President Yue abandon work?”

“Catching an affair,” Yue Linze said coldly and hurriedly left, leaving Zhou Ying bewildered.

Digging a hole would come later; right now, he needed to explain things clearly to Tao Yu, as he had already realized he had no hope: “I, I am not what you think with Dr. Tao. It was just my own unrequited feelings. She, she has clearly rejected me for your sake, and has only you in her heart. I hope you won’t blame her.”

Hearing the commotion and walking this way, Tao Yu: “…” Did she just say that?

Yue Linze looked up and saw Tao Yu with a dazed expression. After their eyes met, a blush spread across her face, and she quickly averted her gaze. Suddenly, his mood improved.

The doctor closest to Yue Linze, who was most directly affected by his improved mood, instinctively followed his gaze. Seeing Tao Yu’s evasive eyes, he was stunned, and then turned back to see Yue Linze’s raised lips.

Although three people were standing there, the doctor felt like he was shut out of their world. He had previously thought Yue had used some underhanded means to be with Tao Yu in such a short time. Now the doctor finally understood that it was all his own small-mindedness.

After all, the look of love cannot be hidden.

The doctor almost fled in panic. After he left, Yue Linze slowly approached Tao Yu. Tao Yu gripped the flowers tightly, momentarily wanting to throw them away, but remembering he had no real relationship with her, she immediately straightened her back.

“Mr. Yue, you’re home quite early,” she greeted politely with a smile.

Seeing she hadn’t thrown away the flowers, Yue Linze’s eyebrows gradually rose: “It’s not early. You’ve already accepted the item.”
