Yandere Begs for a Break – Part Three

Yue Linze seriously shook his head, “No, they always believe what I say.”

His eyes were full of sincerity, radiating an aura of honesty. Even Tao Yu, looking into his eyes, couldn’t help but believe him.

So it was all just a misunderstanding, but also a serendipitous twist. Tao Yu looked at the sincere big shot before her and suddenly felt the progression of this world was unreasonably smooth.

After a long silence, Yue Linze carefully asked, “Does your waist still hurt?

Tao Yu paused for a moment and replied, “It’s okay, not as painful as before.”

“Is that so…” Yue Linze glanced at her waist and then withdrew his gaze, his voice even softer, “They couldn’t find a doctor. If you don’t get treated, there might be a risk of worsening. How about I help you treat it?”

Tao Yu’s eyelids twitched, suddenly remembering what the young girl had said earlier. Holding onto the belief in others’ good nature, she subtly refused: “No need, I feel much better already.”

“How can that be? You can’t just endure it, it must be so painful,” Yue Linze said somewhat dissatisfied.

Tao Yu forced a smile and firmly refused, “I like enduring it. It’s fine.”

Yue Linze was stunned, staring at her for a while. Though he didn’t say a word, Tao Yu could still see the thick grievance and accusation in his pitch-black eyes… Paired with his face that could kill without paying the price, it made her feel deeply guilty.

“Did you hear them talking bad about me?” Yue Linze spoke, his eyes reddening slightly, “I’ve read many medical books. Treating bruises and sprains is no problem. You’re my wife. You must believe me, okay?”

Tao Yu felt pressured: “I just don’t want to trouble you.”

Yue Linze immediately stood up, looking at her seriously: “Treating your illness, how is that troubling? In a few days, after the ceremony, we’ll be husband and wife.”

“…” This statement made her unsure how to refuse. Helplessly, Tao Yu cautiously asked, “How do you plan to treat me?”

“I brought medicinal wine. If you haven’t injured your bones, I can help you massage,” Yue Linze heard the softening in her tone and immediately brightened, pulling out a small porcelain bottle from his chest.
