Tao Yu was startled and turned to see Fatty, who was packaging breakfast. Seeing her, he ran over excitedly: “Are you here to see Brother Yue?”
“He’s in the hospital?” Tao Yu asked in surprise. The only person Fatty would call “Brother Yue” was someone specific, and her heart sank when he nodded.

Tao Yu instinctively took a few steps to follow but stopped, remembering something. Noticing she wasn’t following, Fatty left angrily.
Yue Ze sat on the bed and glanced at him: “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing!” Fatty said angrily, shoving the buns into Yue Ze’s hand.
Yue Ze raised an eyebrow: “Got some attitude now?
Fatty paused for a moment, feeling aggrieved: “Brother Yue, you always bully me. They’ve provoked me to my face, yet you act like nothing’s happening.”
“So what exactly happened?” Yue Ze glanced at him sideways.
Fatty said angrily: “That Tao Yu, she used to be in the hospital every day, but as the Yue family’s young madam, she wouldn’t come to this ordinary ward. Instead, she was taking care of the sickly patient on the top floor.”
As soon as he heard Tao Yu’s name, Yue Ze suddenly fell silent.
Fatty looked at his expression and became even more annoyed: “Are you still thinking about her? She’s about to get married, and to the person you hate most. Brother Yue, can’t you be more dignified?
