Seductress Reborn

“Hehe, yes, officer!” I playfully saluted and quickly escaped the crowd. It was best to return to school; only my dormitory mates could help me.

Rushing to the roadside, I was stuck again – the school wasn’t nearby, and I had no money for transportation.

“Miss, may I help you?” The police officer approached, sensing my distress. “Tell me where you need to go. You look like you don’t have any money.”

“Thank you, officer!” I climbed into the police car, feeling excited – my first time in one. I provided the school address, and the officer took me there without asking much. Upon arrival, I nodded repeatedly in thanks.

“You’re a student?” He looked surprised. “A girl like you shouldn’t go out alone – it’s very dangerous!”

“Yes, I won’t do it again,” I smiled gratefully, noticing him pause for a few seconds.

“Remember, don’t smile at strangers casually. Today I’ve seen the charm of a beautiful woman,” the officer laughed, shook his head, and then drove away.

As the police car disappeared, I exhaled lightly, but soon faced new problems. Passersby continually stared at me, some even stopping to look – I wasn’t an actress.

“Hey, is that an actress over there?” “So beautiful!” “Looking at her feels like a dream. Hey! Why did you pinch me!”

“Keep staring and your eyes might fall out, hmph!”

I curved my mouth and walked into the school, feeling dizzy under the strong sun. Supporting my burning head, I felt weak.

“Are you okay?” Suddenly, a pair of hands caught me.

“It’s you?” I turned to find a familiar face—the handsome guy Mo Yan wanted to introduce to me.

“Mo Yan was shocked, then squatted down, lifting my skirt hem. He saw the two chains on my ankle and muttered, “Could this really be true? It’s so scary; I must be dreaming…”

“Mo Yan?” Qi Yang looked puzzled at his reaction.

“Qi Yang, pinch me,” Mo Yan said seriously, which confused Qi Yang.

“…” Qi Yang pinched her arm hard.

“Jiang Xiao’ai! Are you trying to murder me?” Mo Yan frowned in pain.

“Do you know who I am now?” It seemed she had finally understood.

“Unimaginable! Do you know you disappeared for three months, and now you’re suddenly… like this?” Mo Yan asked, still confused. “But how did you come back?”

“…” She lowered her eyes, knowing they were probably sad in the alternate space.

“What are you talking about?” Qi Yang’s face distorted, having no idea what was going on.

“We women are talking; what are you butting in for!”

Mo Yan hugged her and ignored Qi Yang’s frustrated face, laughing, “Xiao’ai, how did you become so beautiful? Can you transform me too?”

Due to the large crowd, I could only call out loudly, “Mu, it’s Xiao Ai! Are you there?” My loud voice caused the noisy mall entrance to fall silent, drawing everyone’s attention. Suddenly, a white figure flew up—it was Nangong Mu, his silver hair floating as he landed in front of me, causing gasps from the crowd.

“Xiao Ai, it’s really you!” Nangong Mu hugged me tightly and anxiously said, “I thought I was going to lose you again. Don’t leave me; you promised you can’t break your word!”

“Mu…” I noticed his rapid heartbeat and gently pushed him away, asking, “How are you here?”

“You just jumped down like that, without considering our feelings.” His tone was blameful, but his eyes showed tenderness. “The moment you leaped down, I decided to go with you. I didn’t expect…” He looked around. “Is this your world? Their clothing is so strange!”

Nangong Mu’s words reminded me.

Looking at the surrounding eyes that seemed to want to stare us to death and with cameras pointed directly at us, we were now famous. I quickly pulled Nangong Mu into a car and called the three stunned women inside as well.

“Xiao Ai, he is…” Mo Yan looked a bit embarrassed at Nangong Mu.

“He?” Linking arms with Nangong Mu, I laughed, “His name is Nangong Mu, my husband! Handsome, right?”

The three women looked at me and then at Nangong Mu, nodding in admiration.

“Xiao Ai, they are…” Nangong Mu felt uncomfortable being stared at and nervously looked outside.

“They are my good friends.” I smiled and introduced them, noticing that people outside were about to surround the car, with the driver continuously honking the horn.

“Are you filming? These fans are so crazy, how can we leave!” the driver muttered.

“Mu, I want to ask you something.” I felt a bad premonition.

“Xiao Ai,” Nangong Mu seemed to anticipate my question, “They… should be like me.”

“What!” I stood up in shock, hitting my head on the car roof.

“Are you okay?” Nangong Mu gently rubbed my head, then said, “If they also came here, would they be in danger? Yu Han doesn’t know any skills, what should we do?”

“Mo Yan, we’re leaving!” Ignoring Mo Yan’s confusion, I opened the car door, and the chaotic crowd suddenly fell silent. I turned to Nangong Mu and said, “Mu, take me up there!”

I pointed to the top of the mall, a landmark building with over a hundred floors. Then I looked at the TV reporter and smiled, “Want a big scoop? Go to the mall’s rooftop!”

“Xiao Ai!” Nangong Mu smiled gently, hugged my waist, and flew up.

Gasps and camera flashes erupted as reporters pushed toward the elevator.

“Mu, what do you think of this world?” I asked while watching his silver hair blow in the wind.

“Very strange!” he replied, frowning at the crowd below. “Xiao Ai, what do you want to do?”

“I must find everyone who came to this world; otherwise, they might be in danger.” Just then, a group of reporters arrived, visibly out of breath. I smiled and said, “Which TV station has the largest coverage? Step forward.”

The female reporter gaped, glancing at Nangong Mu, but said nothing.

“Xiao Ai, sit down for a while!” Nangong Mu helped me to one side as the reporters continued taking photos.

After about two hours, the reporters could no longer hold out and sat down. Suddenly, one reporter’s eyes widened, and he quickly stood up to shoot the sky behind us.

Other reporters quickly noticed and followed suit, while screams erupted from the crowd below.

“Xiao Ai, it’s Ao Hun!” Nangong Mo said with a smile.

“Ai’er!” After landing, Leng Ao Hun anxiously grabbed me and examined me before breathing a sigh of relief. He frowned at the people around and said, “Is this your world? Neither male nor female!”

“Uh… this is the era of personality!” I laughed awkwardly.

“Excuse me,” a female reporter asked cautiously, “may we interview you? Who exactly are you?”

“Are you actors? What film are you promoting?” another reporter interjected.

“What high-tech method allows you to fly in the air?” A reporter extended the microphone to Leng Ao Hun.

Without a word, Leng Ao Hun swiftly took out his sword and cut the microphone into pieces, then coldly stared at the reporter, saying, “Better step back, otherwise, the next sword will be at your throat!”

The reporter stared in horror at the stub and quickly retreated, followed by others, creating a tense atmosphere.

“Hun, why are you scaring them?” I shook my head and laughed, pulling back Leng Ao Hun’s sword. I told the reporters, “You don’t need to be afraid. I won’t let him kill randomly.” My words only made them more terrified, causing further retreat.

“Ai’er, you’re the one scaring them.”

A warm smile appeared on Leng Ao Hun’s cold face. I could imagine the female reporters’ stunned expressions if they all gathered together.

“Xiao Ai, what happy thoughts are you having?” Nangong Mo smiled gently.

“Nothing…” I lowered my head, hiding the gleam in my eyes, and told the reporters, “Please wait patiently. When they all arrive, I’ll make them cooperate with you.”

The reporters nodded in agreement, their expressions showing both fear and reluctance to leave.

Xie Ying looked at me, anger and resentment visible, but she only sighed deeply.

“Too willful! You can’t do this again!” Leng Ao Hun interjected.
