Crazy Smartphone – Part Two

“Sinarvas!” Lin Feng snapped Blue Yu’s neck with a crack, casually discarding her corpse before turning to face him. “Should I call you Sister Teng Lan, or Her Majesty Sinarvas, the proud queen?” Lin Feng gripped the whip’s end but did not seize the opportunity to attack this eerie enemy. At that moment, the pressure from the Nine Extremes Spirit Gathering Array at the peak intensified, the rampant energy creating a fierce hurricane. Anyone on the peak, if careless, would be swept up by the hurricane, directly into the sky above the Moonlight Waterfall, where they would be torn apart by the omnipresent energy waves, leaving not even bone fragments, becoming part of the array’s energy source.

“Roar!” Sinarvas, or perhaps Yukiko Fujiran, seemed to have lost all memory of her past, acting purely on instinct, devoid of the cunning of the ultimate boss from the “Fantasy World” game. Now, sensing Lin Feng’s strong fighting spirit, she could only emit a muffled roar.

“This Nine Extremes Spirit Gathering Array is indeed formidable!” Lin Feng praised silently. The information he had inadvertently acquired from the Ninth Bureau’s secret base was actually real and not just the delusions of a madman. The so-called “Spirit Gathering” was not about creating gods out of nothing but leveraging the array’s immense power to amplify the dark seeds buried in the human heart millions of times, thereby achieving godhood! The concept of accumulated resentment turning into demons was ingenious. This genius madman had thought of elevating the deep-seated resentment in a normal human’s soul through gaming into something divine. No wonder Sister Teng Lan was so strangely dressed like a character from a game in the Demon King’s Tomb; it seemed her resentment towards becoming the Lich King Sinarvas was not a recent development.

No wonder there were so many fanatical “Fantasy World” R-players in the small cabin in the Demon King’s Tomb; the key was here. One must admit, the Cult of Rising Sun had unique insights into dark magic. With this array, the unique environmental conditions of Yuban Mountain, and the continuous stimulation of the dark tendencies within people, the combined powers were indeed formidable.

“Impressive! A genius madman actually managed to realize a well-known god-creation myth from the world of enthusiasts through such an ingenious method in reality!” Understanding the reason behind Sinarvas’s descent into the world, Lin Feng felt a sense of relief. It wasn’t some crazy and evil cultists from the Cult of Rising Sun opening a terrifying portal between the game and real worlds, leading to a catastrophic disaster where humanity was on the brink, and the world was about to collapse. The bizarre thoughts that had been haunting him recently were now clear, providing a moment of peace.

However, he was unaware that if he, the possessor of the holy artifact, had not been present, even if the mad old man Lancelot was a genius, he wouldn’t have been able to trigger the germination of the evil seeds using this array. Moreover, Lin Feng himself didn’t realize why he had suddenly become so powerful on this peak, like an invincible superhuman. The Nine Extremes Spirit Gathering Array, while amplifying the darkness within others, also boosted his own unique advantage due to his connection with the holy artifact, making him the biggest beneficiary of the night.

Fortunately, he harbored a dream of being a superhero, a very righteous superhero, or rather, his resentment manifested in a very superhero-like way now! If Lin Feng knew he had unwittingly become an accomplice in this great calamity, who knows what he would think. Given his temperament, he would probably go mad with anger and tear the mad old man apart to vent his frustration.

“Roar!” Sinarvas roared in anger, pulling back her whip with force. However, the detestable little insect before her seemed immovable like a mountain. Lin Feng’s eyes suddenly narrowed. “It hasn’t fully awakened yet!” At this moment, Lin Feng felt as if he had returned to the game world, alone in a dungeon, ready to face the strongest enemy.

“Roar!” Sinarvas opened her mouth and spewed out a dragon of fire, causing the surrounding air to ripple with heat. The temperature around them surged. The whip instantly caught fire, turning into a fiery rope that circled down towards Lin Feng in loops of fire. “You want to play with fire? Go to hell!” Lin Feng was not intimidated by the threat of being engulfed in flames. With a heroic spirit, he launched into a powerful move known as the “Nine Curves, Three Styles, Great Wind Rising.” Before the fire circles could reach him, he struck out, dispersing them with a single punch, sending the flames back towards Sinarvas, enveloping her in a fiery onslaught.

“In the game, I could defeat you alone; on my turf, I can still take you down alone!” Thus, the Lich King Sinarvas was consumed by the flames she had summoned, turning into a massive fireball. Two different types of eerie howls mingled together, sending chills down the spine. Within the blaze, the massive figure of Sinawas was undergoing a bizarre transformation, expanding and contracting as if another living being was hidden beneath its skin. Even more terrifying was the occasional roar of the missing Black King Kong mixed within the cacophony. Whether it was an auditory illusion caused by the mixed howls or a stark reality, Lin Feng and his companions seemed to see two gigantic bodies merging and separating within the flames—one was Sinawas, and the other was unmistakably the vanished giant, Black King Kong. What the hell is going on? Lin Feng repelled an enemy with a move and was about to finish off the boss when Li Ke behind him shouted for him to stop. Huh? Lin Feng held back his attack. Wait a moment! Li Ke was excitedly clutching a black crystal, the mind-control chip initially regurgitated by Sinawas. Now, under Li Ke’s manipulation, the chip was flashing with an unusual cold light. It appeared as if Li Ke was trying to summon the changing figure within the flames. At this moment, Li Ke was completely focused, all his attention on controlling the mind-control chip.

Priced at nearly a billion dollars, the humanoid superweapon Black King Kong was a national treasure, no less than nuclear weaponry in terms of advanced technology. If it were lost in this operation, the consequences…

Inside an extremely secretive stone chamber within the mountain:

It resembled a control center of a television station with a wall covered in large surveillance screens, each displaying different scenes. These screens vividly captured every horrific detail unfolding across the entire Lanyuan Xiaozhu, including the scene where the mad old man Lancelot resided.

In one corner of the stone chamber, a few people were scattered around.

“Father’s strategy is truly brilliant!” A soft female voice praised upon seeing a particularly thrilling scene on one of the screens.

“Indeed, I am filled with admiration for Father too!” A male voice with a duck-like tone chimed in.

“Enough, you two flatterers, we’re not at the end yet, don’t let your guard down!”

“Got it, Fourth Brother, neither Second nor Third Brother said anything, so stop being so stern!” the soft female voice retorted playfully.

“Sixth Brother, don’t get distracted. That Silver Wolf King is quite intelligent; don’t let it escape!”

“No problem, Third Brother!” the duck-voiced man replied confidently. On his screens, the mutated Silver Wolf King, leading a group of followers, was seen breaking through the encirclement of numerous strange black figures.

“Fifth Sister, don’t just stand there; help Sixth Brother manage those thirteen wild monsters, and keep an eye out for any other awakened beings in other areas! These are all treasures of the Lan family, we can’t afford to lose any!”

“Yes, Third Brother!”
