The deity spoke again, this time roaring without any semblance of grace or composure: “Gui Shou Wu Qing, you brainless big-breasted woman, get out of here! Log off immediately!” The deity was enraged, his fury chaotic. Lin Feng and Wang Xiaoyun both clearly heard the god’s roar, yet their responses were instinctively opposite. Lin Feng cursed, “Screw your grandpa, who the hell are you pretending to be? Where do you come from, asshole? I’m going to PK you in real life!” Wang Xiaoyun thrust her chest out defiantly, exclaiming, “I hate it when people say I’m brainless because of my big chest! Have the guts to drop your divine gear and fight me one-on-one!”
Both Lin Feng and Wang Xiaoyun deduced from the deity’s second sentence that he was indeed another player, specifically a super powerful one. However, this realization was now irrelevant. The appearance of this player signified they were still on Earth, not in some mythical world, but had bizarrely entered the world of the virtual game, Phantom World, as spiritual entities. Still, it was quite bizarre.
They were indeed in the game world; the NPCs and every blade of grass in the beginner village were all too familiar to these two, who knew the game inside out for different reasons. Especially Lin Feng, who had been comparing this world to his memory database since entering the beginner village. The appearance of another player confirmed this beyond doubt. Upon realizing this, the two felt a telepathic relief, ignoring the menacing NPCs around them and focusing their hostility on the deity-like player in the sky. Both were marked with red names, and for some odd reason, their hostility level had spiked to 999. They were determined to confront this player.
Wang Kai’s intestines turned green with regret, not expecting these two, Gui Shou Wu Qing, to be so recklessly defiant. However, Wang Kai was a man of principle, not one to abandon his mission easily. With time running short, he decided to take a risk to save these audacious intruders. With his divine gear, he could teleport in Phantom World. If he could grab them before the NPCs attacked, he could force them to log off with the simplest method, and all would still be salvageable. Wang Kai vanished in a flash, leaving a blur behind.
Just then, a sharp shout rang out: “Wake up, you fool, don’t run around!” Sun Chen’s eyes widened in shock: “What is Ah Kai doing?” He was torn internally.
