Crazy Smartphone – Part One

Thirteen years ago, Li Xiangdong accidentally stumbled upon a mysterious website that taught dark magic to manipulate and bewitch people’s minds. At that time, he was at the lowest point in his life; his beautiful wife, despising his lack of ability, had run off with a wealthy, bald old man. This blow made him despondent and listless, causing his class’s performance to plummet. That year, out of 56 students in his class, only one managed to get into a vocational college. Yushan High School was a renowned key school, and such an enrollment rate was an unprecedented disgrace. Parents made a huge fuss, and the school leadership warned him that if he did not improve, he would be fired. Li Xiangdong, always proud and considering himself a talented graduate from Peking University, could not accept this turn of events. On that mysterious website, he found a tutorial on dark magic that promised the ability to control others’ minds, which, in his moment of despair, he downloaded and secretly studied. To his surprise, the tutorial was effective; after practicing for some time, he experimented on a pretty girl from his class who became completely submissive to him, and he slept with her that night. Tasting the sweetness of power, Li Xiangdong became unstoppable, regaining his former charm and becoming an exemplary teacher by day and a predatory beast by night, ruining countless young girls over a few short years. Many unfortunate girls who became pregnant were brought by their parents to confront him, but mysteriously, these incidents always ended without consequences…

Li Xiangdong’s descent continued until he received a mysterious message inviting him to join the Ascendant Sun Sect, setting him on a path of no return. This time, the cult’s summons was to prepare a body of pure yin essence, as the mysterious “big sister” was coming to Yuban Mountain herself. He could not have anticipated that this legendary figure would appear so suddenly and possess such ruthless methods, killing without batting an eye. Encountering such a master, Li Xiangdong realized he had truly embarked on a path of no return. Now, his only option was to cling desperately to his master for survival. The price for learning the Soul Capturing Technique was to sell his soul to this legendary master. Initially, he thought it was a jest, but now, with his life on the line, he realized he could not defy her orders, even if it meant his death. The pact he had made by selling his soul was indeed real! He should have known there’s no such thing as a free lunch; this truth was not lost on him, but his initial anger and hatred had clouded his judgment.

Shaking his head to dispel the negative thoughts, Li Xiangdong thought that since he had already chosen this path, he might as well walk it to the end; overthinking was futile. Now, Wang Xiaoyun was his last card for survival. The “big sister” had given him two hours to find a suitable pure yin body, but with the police setting up traps outside, waiting for him to emerge, finding such a body was nearly impossible. Moreover, in today’s society with its open attitudes and advanced medicine, where even young girls in middle or primary school might not be virgins, finding a true pure yin body was like looking for a needle in a haystack. He couldn’t just go around checking people on the street like in ancient brothels. Finding a suitable pure yin body within two hours was simply unfeasible.

When I first found these seven girls, I had to put in quite an effort to gather them. Damn, I thought my sister had some special preferences when she told me to urgently find some before she came, so I racked my brain and trained them in entertainment venues for several nights. Who would’ve thought it was all for nothing. Now, my only hope is Wang Xiaoyun. Judging by her usual demeanor and expressions, she should still be pure… Li Xiangdong had the six girls dress up again and quietly locked them up. He was somewhat reluctant to let them go, planning in his mind that if this crisis was averted, he could enjoy himself with them later. They arrived at the cave where Wang Xiaoyun was being held. The guards opened the stone gate, entered, and had Wang Xiaoyun brought out. She was tied to a crude wooden cross, her mouth taped shut, unable to move at all. When the burly men lifted her, they were rough, intentionally touching her sensitive areas. Li Xiangdong frowned, wanting to stop them but held back after a moment of thought. Wang Xiaoyun, eyes wide with anger, wished she could tear these scumbags apart. Seeing Li Xiangdong leading the way, she cursed him silently, but no sound came out, only a series of futile whimpers… “Li Xiangdong! You beast in human form, go to hell!” Wang Xiaoyun cursed in her heart, but suddenly, it seemed like there was indeed such a roar in her ears. She opened her eyes to see a young man in black, wearing black sunglasses, his mouth and nose covered by a black mask at the cave’s entrance. The young man held two submachine guns, their barrels pointed at Li Xiangdong. An overwhelming murderous aura emanated from him. Li Xiangdong seemed stunned by this sudden appearance.

The shadow in front had a low, menacing voice, like a hungry wolf released from its cage, ready to devour. A wave of killing intent swept over. “Is… is it you… you’ve finally shown up… can you… show your… true face?” Li Xiangdong’s voice trembled, yet he wore a strange smile, his eyes suddenly gleaming with a sinister light, like two red crosses flashing intensely. He was feigning ignorance, knowing full well that the newcomer was Lin Feng, whom he feared greatly, yet he still tried to trick Lin Feng into revealing himself. Lin Feng’s sudden appearance indeed chilled him to the bone. Not to mention the previous encounters, just the security measures over the past couple of days at Yuban Mountain were formidable; each strategic point was guarded by more than one or two sentries. Even a mouse would find it hard to sneak up the mountain unnoticed, let alone Lin Feng who managed to do so without raising any alarms and set an ambush right at his secret hideout. Such tactics were beyond mere “astonishing.” However, Li Xiangdong was not ready to surrender; he believed he still had tricks up his sleeve for a turnaround. Upon seeing Lin Feng, armed and emanating killing intent, he immediately tried to maintain his composure, gathering his mental strength to cast a charm that would capture Lin Feng’s soul while pretending not to recognize him, using his voice to entice Lin Feng to remove his sunglasses. At his current level of spellcraft, his charm wasn’t strong enough to penetrate through obstructions like sunglasses, which filter light, and directly capture an opponent’s soul. His control over those young women was also because he had the guise of an excellent teacher, catching them off guard. Lin Feng, wearing sunglasses, was a challenge he wasn’t confident he could overcome, so he feigned weakness to buy time. Inside, he was seething, wishing to flay Lin Feng alive… “Go to hell!” the man in black roared again. At the same time, the submachine guns in his hands unleashed a long stream of fire, and in the blink of an eye, Li Xiangdong was riddled with bullets, his body a mangled mess on the ground. “You… Lin… Teacher, I… thank… thank you!” Perhaps in his final moments, Li Xiangdong had an epiphany, his face showing a sense of relief as he fell. His hands flailed, desperately trying to reach out to Lin Feng, but to no avail.
